These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Creation Mini Fairies & Little Feet Reborn through our online store.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as the policies applicable to your order.
Our Creations
Our reborn dolls are handcrafted and hand-painted with great care. Each doll is unique.
Due to their handmade nature, slight variations may be present. These are part of the unique, handcrafted character of our creations and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
We make every effort to represent each doll as accurately as possible through detailed photographs and descriptions. However, colors may vary slightly depending on the lighting used when the photographs were taken and your screen settings.
We encourage you to carefully review the photographs, dimensions, materials and features listed in the product description before completing your purchase.
Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise indicated.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
An order is considered confirmed once the required payment has been successfully processed.
Custom orders or orders subject to an installment payment arrangement are also governed by our Custom Orders & Payment Plans Policy.
Availability
Most of our reborn dolls are unique creations available in a single edition.
In the exceptional event that a doll is sold simultaneously through different sales channels, we will promptly contact the affected buyer and, when necessary, issue a full refund for any order that cannot be fulfilled.
Custom Orders
When a doll is created specifically according to a customer’s choices or requests, it is considered a custom order.
A deposit equal to 30% of the total price of the doll is required to confirm the order and reserve its creation.
The estimated creation time for a custom doll is generally 6 to 8 weeks from confirmation of the order and receipt of the deposit. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on material availability, supplier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the doll is shipped. When an installment payment arrangement is accepted, the terms and payment schedule are agreed upon with the customer.
Customization options, possible changes during the creation process, cancellation terms, installment payments and other applicable conditions are outlined in our Custom Orders & Payment Plans Policy.
Due to the personalized nature of these creations, certain restrictions may apply to changes, cancellations, returns and exchanges once work has begun.
These conditions do not limit any legal warranties or other rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable Quebec law.
Artistic and Collectible Creations
Our reborn dolls are primarily artistic and collectible creations. They are not intended to be used as toys for young children unless otherwise indicated.
Some dolls may contain small parts, magnets or other components that require appropriate handling.
Magnets may pose a risk to individuals with certain medical devices that are sensitive to magnetic fields. It is the buyer’s responsibility to take appropriate precautions.
Doll Care
Reborn dolls must be handled with care. Paint, rooted hair, eyelashes and other delicate features may be damaged by excessive handling or the use of unsuitable products.
Damage resulting from improper handling, dropping the doll, improper care, excessive exposure to heat or sunlight, the use of unsuitable products or modifications made after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Intellectual Property
Original photographs, text, descriptions and other content appearing on our website belong to Creation Mini Fairies & Little Feet Reborn, unless otherwise indicated.
They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our prior authorization.
Applicable Laws
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Quebec and Canada.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a mandatory provision of applicable law, the applicable law will prevail.
