Shipping Policy
At Creation Mini Fairies & Little Feet Reborn, each doll is carefully prepared and packaged to help ensure that it travels in the best possible conditions.
Shipping Fees
Standard shipping is provided free of charge, unless otherwise clearly indicated before the order is completed.
If the customer requests a special or expedited shipping option that involves additional fees, those fees will be communicated to and accepted by the customer before shipment.
Preparation and Delivery Time
For existing dolls that are available and ready for adoption, the usual delivery timeframe is 5 to 10 business days following confirmation of payment.
This timeframe includes order preparation and transportation according to the delivery service used.
The timeframes provided are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather conditions, periods of high shipping volume or other circumstances beyond our control.
For custom-made or personalized dolls, the 6 to 8 week creation timeframe is added to the delivery timeframe. The creation timeframe is an estimate and may vary according to the circumstances outlined in our Custom Orders & Payment Plans Policy.
Tracking Number
When available through the shipping service used, a tracking number will be provided to the customer after shipment.
We recommend monitoring the tracking information to determine the expected delivery date and to ensure that the parcel can be retrieved promptly after delivery.
Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please carefully verify the information provided before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make every reasonable effort to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reasonable reshipping fees may be required before the parcel is shipped again.
Damaged Parcels
Each doll is carefully packaged to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
If your parcel or doll is damaged upon delivery, please keep the shipping box and all packaging materials.
Contact us as soon as possible and, when requested, provide photographs showing:

the exterior condition of the parcel;

the interior packaging;

the doll;

any damage observed.
This information may be necessary to assess the situation or submit a claim to the carrier.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If the tracking information indicates an unusual delay or your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us.
We will investigate the situation and, where necessary, take the appropriate steps with the carrier.
The fact that a parcel has been handed over to a carrier does not limit any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
International Shipping
When shipping outside Canada is available, customs duties, import taxes or other fees may be charged by the authorities in the destination country.
Unless otherwise indicated, these charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs procedures may also result in additional delays beyond our control.
