We encourage you to carefully consider your selection before completing your purchase.

Change of Mind

 

Due to the handcrafted, unique and delicate nature of our reborn dolls, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind after an order has been received.

​

We therefore encourage you to carefully review the photographs, description, dimensions, materials and features of the doll before completing your purchase.

Custom Orders

 

Dolls created specifically according to a customer’s choices or requests are considered custom creations.

 

Cancellations, changes and other conditions applicable to these orders are outlined in our Custom Orders & Payment Plans Policy.

All rights available to consumers under applicable laws remain fully applicable.

​

Damaged Product or Problem Upon Delivery

 

If your doll arrives damaged or you discover a significant issue that does not correspond with its description, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it.

​

To help us assess the situation, we may ask you to provide:

• photographs of the doll;

• photographs of the parcel and its packaging;

• photographs clearly showing the issue;

• any other information reasonably required to understand the situation.

 

Please keep the shipping box and all packaging materials until the matter has been resolved.

 

Depending on the nature of the issue and your applicable rights, an appropriate solution may be offered.

Damage After Delivery

 

Damage caused after delivery by improper handling, dropping the doll, improper care, the use of unsuitable products, excessive exposure to heat or sunlight, or modifications made to the doll is not considered a manufacturing defect.

​

Rooted hair, eyelashes, paint and other delicate details must be handled with care.

​

Refunds

 

When a refund is applicable and approved, it will be issued in accordance with applicable laws and, where possible, through the payment method originally used for the purchase.

Legal Warranties and Consumer Rights

 

This policy is not intended to limit or exclude any legal warranties or other rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable Quebec law.

​

In the event of a conflict between this policy and a mandatory provision of applicable law, the applicable law will prevail.
